In a follow up to previous posts talking about the on-going and increasing shortages of critical drugs in this country due to intentional production shortfalls – this story, attributing 15 patient deaths to the recent shortages appeared in the Associated Press.
I strongly suspect these deaths are really just the tip of the iceberg – but that it’s something that no one really wants to look at too closely. Afterall – with the majority of critical shortages in chemotherapy and cardiac arrest meds – how can we assume otherwise?
